For many years, our company has been committed to the research and application of  PPF and WF products, and has achieved significant results. The product has sold well in many countries and received high praise from users.

DSCK is composed of four researchers from Chicago who are trying to change their own destiny. Despite their different backgrounds, they jointly founded a company to develop PPF and WF. DSCK mainly engages in PPF and  WF , designing and creating products that meet market demand.

1. Research and Development: This is the initial stage where you would need to conduct research on the materials and processes involved in creating a PPF. You may need to study the properties of different materials, such as polymers, adhesives, and coatings, to determine which ones would be suitable for your film.

2. Material Selection: Once you have identified the materials that would be suitable for your PPF, you would need to select the specific types of materials and coatings that you would use. For example, you might use a polyurethane film with an adhesive coating to create the protective film.

3. Film Production: The next step is to produce the film itself. This involves using specialized equipment to extrude or cast the film material, apply the adhesive coating, and add any additional layers, such as a topcoat or release liner.

4. Testing and Quality Control: After the film has been produced, it needs to be tested to ensure that it meets the required standards for performance and durability. This may involve subjecting the film to various tests, such as abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and weathering.

5.Marketing and distribution: Once the automotive protective film has been developed and tested, it can be marketed and distributed to potential customers. This may involve collaborating with car manufacturers, car wash factories, and other companies specializing in paint protection.
